God often opens and shuts doors in our walk through life, what is important is being able to trust that God is really there for you, if you seek and then believe, at the right time, things happen, and you have to trust in it. At 84 years old, I can look back and see how I have been led at times and blocked at other times. Most times, we are not even aware what is really happening. There is your way and God's way, inside your heart, if you listen, the spirit of God is always there, ask and wait, then you will know. My course through life has been a zig-zag, and I only sail straight when I put God First.
I can relate to Becca’s story of getting engaged to the wrong person all because she was ready for marriage! I also had my dress, venue, and sent out invitations. But we called it off. I am so glad we did. I knew we would have ended up in divorce as well. So thankful I waited for God’s timing (which wasn’t easy!). Thank you for sharing your story Becca!
